Some minor adjustments may be\nrequired to produce high workable mix without segregation.\nCohesion : Cohesion is improved due to dispersion of cement\nparticles thus minimising segregation and improving surface\nfinish.\nCompressive strength : Conplast RMC444M1 is primarily\nhighly efficient superplasticiser giving large increase in\nworkability without significant change in compressive\nstrength.\nConplast RMC444M1 may be used to produce substantial\nwater reduction resulting in a considerable increase in\ncompressive strength.\nDurability : Reduction in W/C ratio enables increase in density\nand impermeability thus enhancing durability of concrete.\nApplication instructions\nDosage\nThe optimum dosage is best determined by site trials with\nthe concrete mix which enables the effects of workability,\nstrength gain or cement reduction to be measured. Site trials\nwith Conplast RMC444M1 should always be compared with\nmix containing no admixture. As a guide, the rate of addition\nis generally in the range of 0.6 - 1.5 litres /100 kg cement.
